The AAA Flood Masters National Catastrophe Team (CAT TEAM) was formed to meet the
varied needs of customers affected by catastrophic weather events, wildfires & earthquakes.
We have developed a unique group of individuals dedicated to handling catastrophe claims.

Our Catastrophe Response Team

The Team includes project managers, technicians, support staff and management. Flood Masters Licensed
business partners are located in regional units across the country that can respond quickly to disasters, no
matter where they occur.

Mobile Response Units

The CAT team has a fleet of Mobile Response Units serving as offices on wheels. These units are specially
outfitted motor homes. ranging in length from 32’ to 46’, and are equipped with office space, satellite
phones, computer jacks, data lines, FAX and copiers. They provide a command center for our CAT Team
operations as well as a convenient place for those affected by a catastrophic event to contact family
members or to just get a hot cup of coffee. The AAA Flood Masters National Catastrophe Team is
